An MVNO is a mobile operator that sells services under its own brand using another operator's network. An MVNE is an enabler that provides the technical platform, often including BSS, OCS and provisioning, to one or more MVNOs.
Multi-IMSI means one SIM holds several subscriber identities from different sponsor networks and switches between them. It improves coverage and roaming costs, but the BSS must map several IMSIs to one customer, rate usage per sponsor and reconcile each sponsor's records.
